Good afternoon, I’m Matt Johnson with the Anew Real Estate Group of Keller Williams and this is your Woodbury Weekly Update for July 23rd, 2018. Today we’re going to talk about some of the numbers of real estate and then a couple of events around town. First, the numbers. Active inventory rose just one percent in the last week to 315 homes for sale. While the pending inventory remained even at 233 homes under contract. New listings were down, we had 45 new homes hit the market. While we had 33 homes go pending, that’s a list to sell ratio of 73.3 percent, a very good number for this time of the year in the summer. Next, I want to tell you about what’s going on around town this week. First of all, Thursday July 26th we have a ribbon cutting for Cambria Mortgage here with the Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce. That’s taking place at 11:30 down at 2165 Woodlane drive. Following that, Thursday night we have the Starlight Cinema. The movie this week is The Incredibles and I’ll be your MC. I hope to see you out at Ojibway Park! The festivities begin around 7 PM with the movie starting just after nine. If you have any questions about what’s going on around town or what your home might be worth, I would be happy to be a resource. Again, I’m Matt Johnson from Keller Williams. 651-775-7515 and we’ll see you around town, thanks.
