Good afternoon, I’m Matt Johnson with the Anew Real Estate Group of Keller Williams Premier realty and this is your Woodbury Weekly Update for June 25th, 2018. Today we’re going to talk about some of the numbers of real estate around town and a couple of events happening, but first the numbers. Active inventory climbs 8.2% to 290 active homes for sale while pending increases only slightly to 273, that’s up 1 from last week. The new listing inventory we had 62 homes hit the market, while we pended 35 homes. That’s a list to sale ratio of only 56.5%, not a bad number, but nothing like we’ve experience so far this spring. I want you to keep in mind that that’s coming off of three consecutive weeks of an average of 99.4, so we’ve been selling homes very good, we just took a little breather this last week, not a problem with that. In fact it’s kind of a slow news week other than Sing coming up on Thursday night at Ojibway Park where I’ll be an exhibitor and have a bouncy house for your kids to play in. Please come and say hi! The events at the Ojibway Park begin at 7 PM. The movie Sing will begin at 9 PM. Other than that we got a City Council meeting on Wednesday night. Jimmy buffet and the Eagles are coming to Target field on Saturday, I hope to be there. If you have any questions about what’s going on around town or what your home might be worth, feel free to give us a call. Again, I’m Matt Johnson from Keller Williams. The number is 651-775-7515. We’ll see you around town.
